Is the panasonic lumix g1 camera good but complicated ?

umm for Christmas i want the lumix 1g camera.. and i wanna know if its okay to take modeling pictures? i love photography so modeling pictures wouldn’t be the only thing. but is it also too complicated? because i dont want to buy something that expensive if i’ll never understand how to use it. please helllppp?

    Panasonic Lumix G1 is a good camera that take good picture quality. If you are really want into photography i think it is not too hard to learn or take a class.

    but if you worry about that try getting advance point & shoot camera to learning with, Panasonic FZ35, great zoom camera with manual mode.
