How bad is the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3K image quality under low light?

May 5th, 2010 by PanasonicLumixReview

I need my camera to be a compact (semi-compact) high zoom camera, which uses a Li-ion battery. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3K seems like the best deal, but I have heard about it having a not so good image quality under low light. I also have a casio z500 (i think) which has a terrible quality under low light.

The ISO800 is no match for the Fuji’s but the TZ3 is a much more fun camera overall.

But- a picture is worth a thousand words. Here are comparative 100% crops. It won’t look nearly this bad in a 4×6 print.

    my suggestion
    go to yahoo shopping
    digital cameras
    digital camera GUIDE
be sure to check titles on the left side
the guide should answer your questions
also, go to cnet.com for camera reviews
