I have a panasonic lumix dmc-tz3…would like to know what is the best setting for this camera to take great picture?

    With the photographic skill set you seem to have, full auto would be the best .. at least until you learn some of the basics of exposure, composition and other general photo skills.

    Taking a class at your local community college will do wonders.
